About Us

Hello everybody! My name is Brad. I am a good ole boy from central Texas, born and raised. I wear a cowboy hat most of the time and have been referred to as a “redneck” more times than I can count. I wear that label proudly, as it speaks to my upbringing in a small Texas town.  During my childhood and into my teen years, I watched my Granny cook her downhome country, comfort food dishes. My Pop and dad taught me to hunt and fish and I have continued these sports throughout my life. I will never forget how they would transform our day’s work into such a delicious meal. I am still amazed today, thinking back on all those vittles and how much I enjoyed eating their creations. My family has instilled a love and passion to cook for all of my friends and family and entertain them while doing so. My dad has called me ‘Boudreaux’, since I was knee high to a grasshopper. So, when I decided to create a character to go along with my cooking, Boudreaux seemed perfect. During the many occasions my wife Tami, and I would have people over, several would suggest that I make a video or write a recipe book. I started making videos with the character, Redneck Chef Boudreaux, about 5 years ago. Around this same time, our dog had puppies and we chose to keep one. I have always been a fan of old Cajun tunes and one in particular by the name of “Don’t mess with my Toot Toot”. So, when Tami asked me for suggestions to name the new pup, I just knew what it had to be. It took a little convincin’, but she finally agreed, and the rest is history. Toot Toot has played a vital role in the success of my videos and she is truly the star. After we received such a great response to the videos, Tami suggested I put together some seasonings along with my recipes, to share with others. That is how Redneck Chef Boudreaux seasonings started. I hope y’all enjoy the seasonings and have a laugh along the way. I truly appreciate your interest and support.
